The JBM roadshow is the original 70s Discotheque but now better than ever and still playing those original floor filling 70s classics.
The Seventies holds found memories for a lot of us, from those great school discos to those stupid clothes we actually wore. Starting with the classic Pop in the early days through the Glam Rock years with all that Soul in the Middle, a peak in the Northern Soul Scene in 1975 then into Disco, with the Punk scene ending the decade.
This was the decade for the Disco scene with the film Saturday Night Fever released in 1977, suddenly everyone wanted to strut their stuff wearing a white suit. The fact that I completed my apprenticeship running 70s discos will always give me the edge when it comes to playing the right songs and with such a unique collection of thousands of original recordings from the 1970’s it’s never a problem to find the right songs on a seventies night.
